Our Perky Birthday Tutu is the best tutu for her to wear on her big day! This tutu is so much fun it has brightly colored balls,streamers and shiny tinsel scattered through out. When choosing your size keep in mind the x small tutu is 6" long and the other tutus are 12" long. We can always put a smaller waist on the 12" tutu if you wish once you pick your size You just need to let us know in the comment section what size waist you would like put in
