The X Small tutu is approximately 6" long with a 18" waist. ( in picture)  Our bloomers look great with the small tutu, they are a perfect match. The other three sizes are approximately 12" long with a 2O" waist or larger. If you would like the 12" length with a x small waist you will need to order the small size and let us know in the comments section that you need the x small waist put in. We can make any size you need.
