Choose your tulle, ribbon for the bow, what fill you want and waist size,and we will do the rest.All filled tutus will have a little bit of Silver tinsel scattered through out to add that extra sparkle.
Keep in mind the x small tutu is 6" long and the three other sizes are 12" long. We can always put a smaller waist in the 12" tutu if you wish,you just need to let us know in the comment section. We can always send out sample tulle colors if you wish.
Availability: Usually ships one week, however keep in mind all items are made to order so at times it can take up to three weeks for delivery. Please inquire if you need it sooner than 3 weeks.
