This adorable top features a birthday cupcake with candles for the birthday girl! The base is made out of Amy Butler fabrics (French Wall Paper) and the cupcake is topped off with fluffy pink ravel rosettes!  The bum of the onesie features rows of soft pink chiffon ruffles.  (Please note - accessories pictured are not available)

You can also upgrade to a puff-sleeve romper for an additional $5.00.  (Rompers tend to run small length-wise but are a very roomy width-wise.)
