Length 9" and Waist 18-24" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".

This double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious light blue chiffon and loads of fluff on the bottom tiers. Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller.
