This set includes a pink polkadot birthday hat trimmed in marobou.  It can be embroidered with the age and birthday girl's name.  The white bloomers are made of 65% polyester, 35% cotton batiste and have embroidered eyelet edging. They also feature a soft waist elastic and a bias cut seat. Bloomers can be appliqued with the initial or number of your choice.
